What We Train
Concierge Customer Service & Security Training
Professional concierge-focused training that integrates exceptional customer service with a “no-bouncer” approach to security. The course emphasizes professionalism, communication, situational awareness, and proactive engagement to create a welcoming environment while enhancing safety and security.
Sex Trafficking Awareness Training
Trafficking hides in plain sight. As a component of SCC's customer service and security training, your team learns to recognize signs and respond.
Venue Security Assessments
Every venue has potential vulnerabilities. SCC’s comprehensive physical security assessments evaluate facilities, security protocols, and staff readiness to identify gaps and provide practical recommendations to better protect people, property, and operations.
DE-ESCALATION • HOSPITALITY • SAFETY • COMPLIANCE • RISK MITIGATION
Add On-Site Training
An instructor in your club, working with your staff on your floor. On-site sessions build on the online training with three areas that require hands-on instruction:
Physical response for security staff. Expanded practical training for your security personnel — the material that can't be taught through a screen.
Defusing situations before security is needed. Front-of-house staff learn to calm an irate customer early, so the problem never reaches the point where security has to step in.
Active shooter response. Training for your entire staff — security and front-of-house — on how to respond if the worst happens.
Before the visit, we consult with your management to focus the session on what your room is actually dealing with. Most clubs pair an annual on-site session with the online program: the session sets the standard, the online training covers everyone hired after.

Who Builds the Training
Strategic Club Consultants was founded on a simple observation: most nightclub security training is designed for someone else's business. Generic hospitality programs don't address the reality of what happens at two in the morning. Generic security programs often overlook the guest experience and the importance of keeping customers coming back.
SCC bridges that gap
SCC's training is developed and delivered by senior security professionals with experience that includes:
• Command-level law enforcement leadership
• Large-scale security operations for casinos, arenas, hospitality venues, and high-profile events
• Police academy instruction and nationwide security/personal-safety training
That security expertise is paired with more than 30 years of direct experience in the adult nightclub and retail industry - including work as a broker, industry advocate, and legal correspondent for the trade press. The result is training grounded not only in security best practices, but in an understanding of how these venues actually operate.
SCC trains staff to provide concierge-level guest service while maintaining a professional security presence—recognizing potential problems early, communicating effectively, and preventing situations from escalating whenever possible. Because in a well-run club, great customer service and effective security aren’t competing priorities—they work together.
01
Get Started
Contact us and we'll set up a call to walk through the program and complete enrollment. Your venue receives a single login your staff uses all year.
02
Staff Attend an Online Training Session
Sessions run monthly. Employees complete a single session covering two components — concierge customer service and security, and sex trafficking awareness. Employees can text questions during the session, and each session ends with a live instructor answering them on air.
03
Testing and Certification
Staff complete a test at the end of the training. Everyone who passes receives an official certificate of completion.
04
Monthly Reporting
Each month you receive a list of the staff who completed training and passed, plus a running total for your license year — so your training records are documented and current.
